How we rate and how we make money
This page explains where the data we publish comes from, how we assign scores, how we handle affiliate agreements and how we correct mistakes.
1. Data sources
Licensing data (licence number, operating entity, licence type) comes exclusively from the SRIJ's public list of licensed entities. Every page shows the date of the last check. If we detect a change in the register, we update the page within five working days.
2. What is opinion and what is fact
We clearly separate regulatory data (facts verifiable at the SRIJ) from the editorial assessment (score, pros and cons), which is our team's opinion. Every review states the basis of its score: "Tested with a real account" when we registered, deposited, withdrew and contacted customer support; "Documentary assessment" when the score rests on public, verifiable facts (licences and scope, years in the market, the group behind the brand, breadth of the advertised offer) and the account test has not yet been run. Operators with no assessment at all are shown as "licence verified" and receive no score.
3. Affiliate agreements
Some operators pay us a commission when a user registers through our links. These links are identified as such (rel="sponsored") and the list of operators with an agreement is on the Disclosure page. An agreement does not change the score, the order in which we present operators, or the critical content of reviews.
4. What we do not do
- We do not publish or link to operators without an SRIJ licence.
- We do not use expressions such as "free", "risk-free", "guaranteed wins" or "easy money".
- We do not create urgency ("today only", "last chance").
- We do not present bonuses without their material conditions (wagering requirements, deadlines, limits).
- We do not accept paid content disguised as a review. Sponsored content, if any, is labelled as such.
- We do not target minors or self-excluded persons.
Scoring criteria

| Customer support and app | 10% | Portuguese-language channels, measured response time, quality of the app and mobile site. |
Corrections
If you find an error, an outdated licence or information you consider misleading, write to us. We correct factual errors within five working days and record the update date on the page. Go to Contact.
