This policy describes how we process the personal data of users of this Website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese Law 58/2019. The data controller is identified at the top of this page.
2. Data collected
We collect: (a) data you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email, subject, message, IP address and language); (b) technical server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser), kept for security; (c) when you click a link to an operator, a record of the click (operator, date and time, source page) without identifying you; (d) measurement and advertising data through Google cookies, only with your consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering contact requests (consent); keeping the Website secure and working (legitimate interest); measuring use of the Website and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (consent, via the cookie notice); complying with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Google
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads only after explicit consent, with Google Consent Mode set to "denied" by default. Without consent, no measurement or advertising cookies are set. 5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting as processors (server hosting in the European Union, email service, Google Ireland Limited for measurement and advertising when consented), bound by contract to GDPR obligations. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
Contact messages: up to 12 months after the reply. Technical server logs: up to 90 days. Operator link-click records: up to 26 months, without identifying the user. Cookie data: per the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights, contact the data-protection email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.
8. Minors
This Website is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, contact us to have it deleted.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
